Cancellation Policy

Plans change. You can cancel most orders before they are dispatched at no cost. This policy explains how and when cancellations are possible.

Cancelling before dispatch

Open the order in your account and select Cancel Order while its status is still Processing.
The full amount, including any delivery charge, is refunded automatically.

Once an order is marked Shipped it can no longer be cancelled, but you may refuse delivery or start a return once it arrives.

Occasionally a seller may need to cancel an order due to a stock issue. You are always refunded in full and notified by email.
